A. Live Chat OR Schedule a Call: You have 2 options for this panel. You can submit a link to a meeting room you will host as you please for attendees to come chat with you live. Or, you can submit a link to the calendar you would like attendees to be able to schedule an appointment time to chat with you. This can be Calendly, MineTime, Appoint.ly, etc. Submit your scheduling link and we will connect it to your booth.

B. Your Logo Here: Submit a hi-res version of your company logo (transparent png preferred).
C. Your Video Here: Submit a link to a video you would like featured at your booth. You can use YouTube, Vimeo, or something posted directly on your company page. When an attendee clicks this button, it will launch a new window to play the video.
D. Advertise Your Raffle Item Here: Tell us if you are doing a raffle and what the prize will be so we can type the name of the prize in the banner. Send us a link to the form that you will be using to collect name, company, title and email address for you to select your winner. Sponsor provides and sends the prize.
